What do I have to provide for proof of address and identification?
Once you have completed our online registration process your details will be put through an online database to see if we are able to identify you online. If we are able to obtain enough information you will not need to undertake any further compliance activity.
There are a number of circumstances under which we may not be able to verify you online e.g. not having been at an address for long enough. In this case you will need to submit the following documentation to complete the identification process;
- Picture Identification: A certified copy of your passport. This needs to be a very clear copy.
- Proof of Address: We also require a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months (copies printed from the internet are not acceptable). This will also need to be certified.
