With OrbitRemit, there's no need for you to wait for the bank or post office to open, wait in queues or fill in painstaking paperwork. You simply place your payment instruction online to get the wheels in motion, then transfer the payment total to OrbitRemit using your Internet Banking.
Your payment is released as soon as we receive your local transfer.
In most cases your local transfer will show in our account on the next business day, except for payments placed over a public holiday period or weekend.
Please note: the length of time it takes for your bank to process your payment into our account is the one stage of the payment process OrbitRemit has no control over - please refer to our FAQ item on Internet Banking processing times, or check with your bank if you are unsure.
We work quickly to settle your payment once your funds are recieved.
As soon as we receive your cleared local transfer into our account, your payment is released for settlement by the relevant overseas office.
Settlement times for all payment types to all destinations covered by our service are listed under the Payment Types section on this website - in most cases settlement will occur within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
