Funds will be available 24 hours of us updating the payment status to 'Funds Received'. As per out terms and conditions this will be longer at weekends and on public holidays.

My status says 'Funds Paid' but the money is not yet in my account?
As above the Funds Paid status means that we have sent the funds to your nominated account but it may be overnight before the banking system clears the money into your account. This may take slightly longer in the UK if your bank is unable to receive Faster Payments (FP). Please check with your bank to confirm if your account can receive FP payments and up to what amounts.
My status says 'Funds Paid' but my beneficiary has not yet collected the money?
As with payments to account the Funds Paid status in regard to cash pick up means that we have sent all the relevant information to the bank to allow collection by your beneficiary it does not mean that the beneficiary has necessarily collected the funds from the bank but they are available at any point once this status has been updated.
I am making several payments to different beneficiaries do I need to transfer the amounts including each individual fee to you separately or can I bundle all the payments, including the fees for each payment and send you one lump sum payment?

Are you cheaper than the banks?
We are significantly cheaper than the banks whether you are sending £50 or £5000. An independent price comparison service* calculated that on a £500 transfer to New Zealand with OrbitRemit the beneficiary would receive close to an extra NZD$100 when compared with sending through a major high street bank.
(Based on comparisons performed on www.sendmoneyhome.org which also do not factor in bank receiving fees in destination country).
Is there a receiving fee to be paid at the other end?
NO! Unlike the banks we do not charge a receiving fee at the beneficiary end. The fee that you pay from the originating country is it. There are no hidden tricks or fees.
