Can I set up automatic recurring payments?
OrbitRemit enables you to set up recurring payments via Direct Debit for selected payment types. These can be set-up from the Saved Payees area of your OrbitRemit dashboard.
Can I make payments to a debit card?
If you wish to make a payment to a Debit Card, this should be done using the 'Pay a Bank Account' option, to the bank account to which the card is linked, NOT via the 'Pay a Credit Card' option.
Providing the long card number for a debit card will not allow us to make payment to a debit card.
Can I use OrbitRemit to make payments for a business?
Yes - simply select the 'Wanting to register as an Organisation?' link on the registration page.
You will need to provide the legal name, incorporation number and details for one listed Director of the business.
Verified business customers can make payments for up to 25,000.00 in their local currency at any time from their OrbitRemit dashboard.
Can I pay money onto my credit card?
Yes. We can facilitate payments to credit cards issued in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, the United Kingdom and Vietnam. Payments to these cards will be made within the same timeframes as outlined for transfers to a bank account.
