Referral Program: Terms and conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse a reward for any legitimate reason at our discretion and in particular if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this promotion in any way.
• Please note that participation in the referral program is only available to existing customers who have completed a successful transfer (a transfer with funds paid status) with OrbitRemit.
• The referred friends' transfer must be for a minimum value of 300 units of the transfer send currency to count towards the referral reward.
• Transfers between the referrer and the referred will not count toward the referral reward.
• We reserve the right to change the offer at any time.
• Your referee must use your referral link. We cannot track invitations that are not sent via your referral link.
• Your referred friend must accept cookies from third parties for tracking.
• Same-currency transfers don't count towards the referral program
• A limit may be placed on the total number of referral rewards over a given time period to which a user is entitled in respect of the referral program.

Coupons: Terms and conditions

• Coupons must be applied as part of the transfer creation process. Coupons cannot be applied after a transfer is created.
• If you do not fund your transfer and it is voided the coupon can't be used again.
• If your transfer is released but cannot be completed for any reason, and is made void, the coupon will not be credited to your account again.
• If you elect to void your transfer, coupons are not refundable.
• Expiration dates of coupons cannot be adjusted: Once a coupon has expired, it's not possible to extend the expiration date or to get a replacement coupon.
• Limit one coupon per transfer. Multiple coupons cannot be applied to the same transfer.
• Coupons are valid for a limited time only. OrbitRemit reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
