  1. Spin and win: Terms and conditions

    The Spin and win campaign is only available to new customers that make their first transfer and send from Australia to the Philippines.

    The campaign runs from 9am February 1st, 2020 AEST to 5pm February 29th, 2020 AEST.

    Prizes are subject to the customer funding their transfer. If the transfer is not funded, then no prize will be awarded. To be considered funded, the customer must pay for their transfer within 24 hours of creating the transfer.

    • Free transfers

      A ‘free transfer’ means the transfer fee will be waived when they choose to redeem the ‘free transfer’. Free transfers will be loaded into the customer’s account subject to their transfer status being ‘funds paid’.

      The customer can use the ‘free transfer’ loaded onto their account at any time.

      ‘Free transfers’ are non-refundable.

    • Cashback

      Cashback prizes will match the total transfer up to the value of $200 AUD and will not exceed $200 AUD. The cashback does not include the transfer fee.

      Cashback is only available for the 1st transfer the customer makes with OrbitRemit.

      Cashback prize winners will be notified by email and then contacted by OrbitRemit support staff once their transfer status has reached ‘funds paid’.

    • Scooter

      The scooter winner will be notified by email and then contacted by OrbitRemit support staff once their transfer status has reached ‘funds paid’.

      OrbitRemit reserves the right to withdraw prizes at any time.

      The prize pool includes:

      • - 1x Xiaomi Mi Home M365 – $909.22
      • - 5x Cash back – up to $200; Total remittance value if under $200 total remittance or $200 if remittance exceeds $200
      • - 10x 5 free transfers
      • - 15x 4 free transfers
      • - 20x 3 free transfers
      • - 30x 2 free transfers
      • - 43x 1 free transfer

      The prizes will be drawn on Thursday the 5th of March at 3.00pm AEST and winners will be notified on Thursday the 5th of March at 3.30pm, AEST.

  2. Referral Program: Terms and conditions
    • We reserve the right to refuse a reward for any legitimate reason at our discretion and in particular if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this promotion in any way.
    • Please note that the referrer must be a transacting customer (having completed a successful* transfer) to qualify for the referral payout.
    • The referred friends' transfer must be for a minimum value of 300 units of the transfer send currency to count towards the referral reward. Cash pick up transfers will not count towards referral credit.
    • Transfers between the referrer and the referred will not count toward the referral reward.
    • We reserve the right to change the offer at any time.
    • Your referee must use your referral link. We cannot track invitations that are not sent via your referral link.
    • Your referred friend must accept cookies from third parties for tracking.

    * A successful transfer is a transfer completed through to 'Funds paid' status, transfers created and not settled will not count towards your referral credits.
